About the role

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Compliance, and Ops to design seamless trading and settlement architectures.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire product roadmap, from initial ideation and discovery through to deployment and post-launch optimization.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Define and rank feature requirements by synthesizing client feedback and broader market data.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on the evolving crypto landscape, derivatives markets, and global regulatory shifts.

Requirements

  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record handling **derivatives, post-trade operations, or settlement cycles**.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience within a **digital asset exchange, brokerage firm, or trading platforms**.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution, including a **solid grasp of APIs and distributed systems**.
  • Communication: Exceptional at **distilling complex financial concepts into actionable insights** for diverse stakeholders.
