About the role

  • - Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • - Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
  • - Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • - Maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals
  • - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessions
  • - Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and answering domain-related questions
  • - Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
  • - Validate implemented solutions against requirements and support UAT activities
  • - Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to requirements and proactively propose improvements
  • - Ensure documentation is clear, up to date, and accessible for all project stakeholders

Requirements

  • - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
  • - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • - Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
  • - Ability to create clear documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Experience working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
  • - Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)
  • - Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • - Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
  • **Nice to have skills**
  • - Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
  • - Background in specific domains (FinTech, Automotive.)
  • - Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI solutions
  • - Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with designers
  • - Experience with API integrations and basic technical knowledge (REST, JSON, SQL)
  • - Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other modeling notations
  • - Experience in pre-sales or discovery phases
