About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications built with React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with product requirements and brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems using Storybook to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
Optimize user flows and interactions for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
Work with product and architecture teams to ensure designs meet business goals, technical constraints, and compliance standards.
Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for best UX practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Upper-Intermediate English level.
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web applications.
Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks, especially React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
Proficiency in CSS3 and responsive design principles.
Experience with Storybook for component documentation and design system management.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to improve UX.
