About the role

  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors
  • Synthesize research findings to identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Iterate on designs based on stakeholder input and usability testing results
  • Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand and design guidelines
  • Maintain consistency across products, platforms, and devices
  • Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions to validate design solutions
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Proactively improve design processes, workflows, and deliverables
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design decisions support both usability and business outcomes
  • Present and defend design concepts and trade-offs to team members and executive leadership
  • Take part in design critiques, providing constructive and actionable feedback

Requirements

  • University degree in design, computer science or related field or equivalent job experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
  • Proficiency in UX design tools, preferably Figma
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing
  • Ability to create detailed user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable design decisions
