About the role
- Practitioner on telehealth platform 'Intellect' supporting clients' mental health and personal growth via scheduled 60-minute video sessions
- Freelance remote role with flexible business hours; local candidates preferred but others can be considered
- Opportunity to supplement current job or private practice
- Partner with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to increase public mental health access and provide mental health coaching
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
- Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform
Requirements
- Qualifications: PsyD/ PhD in Clinical Psychologist or an equivalent accredited programme
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
- Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice
- Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
- Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
- Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work (Austin)
