About the role
- - Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
- - Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
- - Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Requirements
- - Qualifications: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme
- - Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
- - Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
- - Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- - Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- - Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- - Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- - License: Must hold a valid and active license (BACP, UKCP, HCPC)
- - Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
- - Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish
- - Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
- - Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
