About the role

  • - Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
  • - Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
  • - Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Requirements

  • - Qualifications: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme
  • - Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
  • - Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
  • - Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
  • - Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • - Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
  • - Somatic Experiencing (SE)
  • - License: Must hold a valid and active license (BACP, UKCP, HCPC)
  • - Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
  • - Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • - Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
  • - Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
