About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with workforce forecasting and staffing plans.
- Monitor daily staffing levels and schedule adherence.
- Create, maintain, and publish employee schedules.
- Analyze workforce trends, attendance, productivity, and service-level metrics.
- Support real-time operational monitoring and staffing adjustments.
- Generate workforce reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Coordinate with Operations, Clinical Leadership, HR, and Finance teams.
- Identify staffing gaps and recommend schedule adjustments.
- Maintain workforce management systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across workforce operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–2 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; workforce management software experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Customer-service mindset with strong accountability.
- Adaptable to changing operational priorities.
- Interest in healthcare operations and workforce optimization.
- Passion for supporting nursing teams and operational excellence.

Comp & perks- FT position with a base pay of 23.50 per hour.
