Relationship Analyst
IntelipostCustomer Success Specialist at Intelipost focusing on optimizing logistics strategies for clients. Engaging with clients and ensuring effective use of logistics technology.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor Health Score and implement actions to mitigate churn risks or leverage opportunities for new business (such as contracting additional products, e.g., Auditing) and address operational risks;
- Ensure account adoption by verifying that the client is using what they contracted, encouraging usage, and aligning the tool with the client's logistics objectives;
- Act as the client's voice within Intelipost and ensure best practices across all teams that work with key accounts;
- Have deep knowledge of logistics operations across various segments and translate that knowledge into feedback for product evolution, processes and repeatable practices;
- Ensure our clients have a positive experience with Intelipost;
- Structure and conduct regular strategic meetings with clients;
- Monitor preventive and corrective actions with other teams that impact the outcomes expected by the client;
- Serve as the client's focal point at Intelipost to resolve issues and manage conflicts;
- Work collaboratively with other key areas to ensure a 360º view of the client across the company;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a farmer profile (focus on retention and account growth) is required;
- Previous experience with Key Accounts and long-term relationship management is required;
- Be didactic, customer-focused and committed to process improvement;
- Analytical ability and a consultative profile focused on understanding the client's pain points to propose new logistics solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or related fields;
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end logistics structure and an understanding of technology;
- Hands-on experience using TMS (Transportation Management System) in daily operations;
- Experience from large retailers, e-commerce, carriers/transport companies or tech/logtech companies;
- Intermediate Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with day-to-day client management;
- Ability to strategically manage operations together with clients.
