About the role
- Co-create and cascade team objectives aligned with the TMS team and Intelipost;
- Collaborate across disciplines to identify and implement effective solutions;
- Maintain a balance between speed and quality, managing technical debt;
- Prioritize outcomes over technical preferences, reinforcing team autonomy;
- Participate in team routines, monitor metrics, and propose improvements;
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective and innovative software;
- Request and provide feedback, manage expectations, and focus on self-development.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working full‑stack according to the team’s needs;
- Experience making technical decisions based on data;
- Proven critical and pragmatic thinking;
- Track record of seeking deeper business and technical understanding when necessary;
- Knowledge of and good practices in software engineering, applying best practices and striving for technical excellence;
- Demonstrated practical experience in cross‑disciplinary collaboration and teamwork;
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem; experience with message brokers.
