About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain Sigma dashboards that visualize AI and interaction performance across client accounts
Lead standardization efforts — developing reusable dashboard templates and a consistent KPI framework
Analyze AI agent performance data with a focus on call containment rates
Develop and deliver weekly performance scorecards and support quarterly business reviews
Partner with Customer Success Managers to prepare and present data-driven insights during client reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Sigma for dashboard development
Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Experience developing performance scorecards, trend reports, or similar recurring analytical deliverables
A structured, detail-oriented approach
