About the role
- Manage the implementation and evolution of Inteleos’ product portfolios
- Translate the strategic vision for Inteleos products into actionable plans
- Execute and deliver initiatives within the product portfolios
- Conduct comprehensive market research and risk analyses
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for products, ensuring quality and relevance
- Collaborate with the product portfolio team to develop effective communication and marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Business, or equivalent experience in related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar function, with a focus on product management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Product Management certification(s), preferred
- Experience integrating customer feedback and user experience insights into product development
- Strong understanding of change management and risk management principles
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare markets, regulatory requirements, and assessment best practices
- Superior project management and leadership skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional teams
