Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and evolve the certification business unit
Drive strategic authority and operational control

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field
Minimum of ten years of experience in certification, credentialing, assessment, or related fields
Minimum seven years in a management role
Minimum five years of project management experience
Proven track record in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy
Deep experience leading operations in quality-critical environments
Experience with accreditation, certification, or regulatory compliance frameworks
Strong organizational leadership skills, including performance management
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
