About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise, coach, and support IDC Business Partners in day-to-day market management and delivery of key deliverables
  • Monitor deliverables, priorities, KPIs, capacity, performance, and development across the region
  • Act as Business Partner for the most critical and largest IDCs
  • Define individual goals aligned with strategic priorities and the Regional MD
  • Provide ongoing performance, accountability, and continuous-improvement coaching
  • Identify training needs and contribute to team skill development
  • Ensure rigorous KPI and compliance monitoring, documentation, partner communication, performance reviews, and follow-up actions
  • Review team performance analyses and validate policy recommendations before escalation to the MD
  • Identify operational deviations and risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Act as the main relay between the Regional MD and the team
  • Coordinate collaboration between IDC Business Partners and Stations/ROMs
  • Centralize and structure business needs and report trends, capacity issues, partner risks, compliance issues, and organizational needs
  • Contribute to departmental strategic planning and participate in inter-departmental meetings
  • Harmonize processes and policies in line with Global IDC Compliance requirements
  • Implement monitoring and optimization tools and support KPI improvement for underperforming IDCs
  • Identify process-improvement opportunities and support new initiatives, technologies, and organizational changes
  • Support escalation, negotiation, mediation, and management of underperforming or non-compliant IDCs
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Legal on sensitive situations
  • Conduct regular station visits and maintain close relationships with ROMs and SMs
  • Serve as an internal reference for IDC best practices and promote Intelcom's partnership approach and values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, business relations, management, logistics, or a related field and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, OR Master's/MBA and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in team management or supervision
  • Experience in partnership development, account management, or an operating environment
  • Knowledge of independent contractor models (strong asset)
  • Knowledge of small business challenges, strategic planning, and financial analysis
  • Entrepreneurial background (strong asset)
  • Experience in logistics or operations (asset)
  • Mobilizing leadership and organizational maturity
  • Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities using KPIs
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Ability to navigate a matrix environment
  • Strategic thinking combined with rigorous execution
  • Strong relational intelligence
