About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a centralized business operations team supporting Global IT segments
  • Drive financial execution, operational rigor, and strategic decision-making across Global IT
  • Own development of the Plan of Record in partnership with Finance
  • Lead Capital and Expense management across Global IT
  • Provide accurate financial planning, reporting, and multi-year insights to the CIO
  • Solve complex business problems and enable data-driven decisions
  • Advise IT segment and department leaders on funding strategies and business outcomes
  • Drive cost efficiencies and productivity improvements
  • Establish scalable and compliant business operations processes and frameworks
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions on alignment, governance, and organizational health
  • Lead and develop a high-performing business operations team
  • Set direction, drive disciplined execution, and foster accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Influence senior and executive stakeholders on strategic and operational decisions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve complex business challenges
  • Translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations
  • Build and develop talent through coaching and mentoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of industry experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience in Business Operations, IT, or Finance
  • 7+ years of experience communicating across organizations and levels
  • Experience developing and delivering data-driven insights and presentations to senior leadership
  • 7+ years of experience working with business data and Microsoft Office tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint or similar tools
  • Experience with Power BI or comparable analytics tools preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing financial planning, budgeting, and headcount processes, including associated systems and tools
  • Combined experience in IT and Finance environments required
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and resolving complex business challenges
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to work across global teams, functions, and business and technical domains
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in the semiconductor or related technology industry a plus
  • Proven project and program management experience
  • Ability to pass an extended Background Investigation
