About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide all estimating support for global capital projects
- Lead the estimating charter on assigned capital programs
- Ensure estimating policies and procedures are applied and adhered to
- Manage third-party Quantity Surveying and Estimating firms
- Review and validate construction cost estimates
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executive management and stakeholders
- Conduct local market research and lead risk assessments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Management, Engineering, or related fields
- 6+ years of experience in construction, estimating, cost engineering, project management, or design engineering
- 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor Industry, Petro-Chemical, Refineries, Pulp and Paper, Heavy Industrial industry, or high-tech experience
- Professional certifications such as RICS or AACE
