About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate manufacturing and market dynamics into actionable strategies for materials planning and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate and monitor the acquisition of materials to support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs/projects
  • Collaborate with suppliers to execute contractual requirements and drive performance improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define customer demand and establish early raw materials requirements
  • Ensure bills of materials integrity, availability, cost, and quality objectives are set and achieved
  • Analyze complex data to design solutions for process optimization
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cycle time performance
  • Drive forward-looking supply chain solutions that align with Intel's production requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, Or 5+ years of experience with a GED or Associates degree
  • Material Requirements Planning systems and tools
  • Risk management strategies related to materials planning and supply chain operations
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory and streamline operations
  • BOM management, cost benchmarking, and Engineering Change Order processes.
