About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate manufacturing and market dynamics into actionable strategies for materials planning and risk mitigation
- Coordinate and monitor the acquisition of materials to support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs/projects
- Collaborate with suppliers to execute contractual requirements and drive performance improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define customer demand and establish early raw materials requirements
- Ensure bills of materials integrity, availability, cost, and quality objectives are set and achieved
- Analyze complex data to design solutions for process optimization
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cycle time performance
- Drive forward-looking supply chain solutions that align with Intel's production requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, Or 5+ years of experience with a GED or Associates degree
- Material Requirements Planning systems and tools
- Risk management strategies related to materials planning and supply chain operations
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory and streamline operations
- BOM management, cost benchmarking, and Engineering Change Order processes.
