About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in partnership with the field sales team
- Provide proactive back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams for specific assigned accounts
- Work directly with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design related inquiries
- Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders placed through distributors
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and account summaries for internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of related working experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment either independently or in a team
- Understanding of FPGA sales process is an advantage
