About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Facilities Supply Chain operations, program management initiatives, and data analytics
  • Assist with supply chain process improvements focused on efficiency, cost management, and operational reliability
  • Partner with internal teams to identify demand requirements, track deliverables, and execute supply strategies
  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics
  • Support cross-functional programs and operational improvement initiatives
  • Maintain project schedules, action trackers, dashboards, and status reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and gaps
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for better decision-making
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and communication tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau or other visualization tools
  • Familiarity with SQL or database concepts
  • Understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement methods
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and inventory management
  • Familiarity with operational metrics/KPIs
