About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the definition and development of software requirements for Ethernet controllers and adapters
Collect and refine customer feature requirements in partnership with customer enablement team and software architects
Document detailed product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
Define the product life cycle plans for shipping products by partnering with customer enablement teams and engineering
Engage with OS vendors to align driver availability with OS timelines
Update product pricing strategies and develop cost models
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify Ethernet industry trends
Create and present customer-facing software collaterals to drive Intel Ethernet adoption
Represent Intel at industry events and conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or in a STEM related field
5+ years of relevant industry experience in datacenters, servers, or Ethernet Networking
Experience Collecting and refining customer feature requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Technical acumen to engage with engineering teams
