About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Tool Install Central Engineering, Strategic Operation, and Manufacturing Solution teams to identify and integrate new technologies for global factory projects.
  • Enhance productivity and achieve key metrics improvements (time savings, cost reduction).
  • Achieve utilization rate of the newly integrated technologies by project teams.
  • Conduct post-integration reviews for all technology deployments.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Work closely with the supply chain management, design teams and logistics to move construction scope to more efficient supplier-based or offsite fabrication facilities.
  • Lead and drive program teams to leverage Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization, and Offsite Fabrication (PPMOF/OSM) means and methods including Intel and ROW (rest of world) solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with tool installation, design support, engineering, construction, or equivalent roles demonstrating construction leadership
  • Advanced Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge and expertise in engineering of major facilities systems and infrastructure, BIM, Construction, Facilities, Fab Technology, Quality, Lean and Prefabrication experience (preferred)
  • PMP certification and Lean six sigma green belt (preferred)
  • Contract knowledge related to lump sum, guaranteed maximum price, design/build, and equipment installation contracts (preferred)
