Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Tool Install Central Engineering, Strategic Operation, and Manufacturing Solution teams to identify and integrate new technologies for global factory projects.
Enhance productivity and achieve key metrics improvements (time savings, cost reduction).
Achieve utilization rate of the newly integrated technologies by project teams.
Conduct post-integration reviews for all technology deployments.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Work closely with the supply chain management, design teams and logistics to move construction scope to more efficient supplier-based or offsite fabrication facilities.
Lead and drive program teams to leverage Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization, and Offsite Fabrication (PPMOF/OSM) means and methods including Intel and ROW (rest of world) solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or a related field
4+ years of experience with tool installation, design support, engineering, construction, or equivalent roles demonstrating construction leadership
Advanced Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
Knowledge and expertise in engineering of major facilities systems and infrastructure, BIM, Construction, Facilities, Fab Technology, Quality, Lean and Prefabrication experience (preferred)
PMP certification and Lean six sigma green belt (preferred)
Contract knowledge related to lump sum, guaranteed maximum price, design/build, and equipment installation contracts (preferred)
