Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key financial professional within the Construction Division Finance team
Support operational excellence and strategic decision making
Own settlement analysis and reporting processes
Ensure accurate cost allocation and strong financial controls across projects
Play an active part in month end closing, forecasting, and POR activities
Partner closely with project, supply chain, and central finance teams
Support contract approval and financial review processes within your assigned region

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in construction, capital projects, or operations related environments
Strong experience with month end close, forecasting (POR / LRP), and financial analysis
Proven ability to analyze and support contract approvals and commercial agreements
Experience working with settlement processes, cost allocation, or project based financial controls
Advanced analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to operate independently and serve as a regional subject matter expert
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross functional teams
