About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key financial professional within the Construction Division Finance team
- Support operational excellence and strategic decision making
- Own settlement analysis and reporting processes
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and strong financial controls across projects
- Play an active part in month end closing, forecasting, and POR activities
- Partner closely with project, supply chain, and central finance teams
- Support contract approval and financial review processes within your assigned region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in construction, capital projects, or operations related environments
- Strong experience with month end close, forecasting (POR / LRP), and financial analysis
- Proven ability to analyze and support contract approvals and commercial agreements
- Experience working with settlement processes, cost allocation, or project based financial controls
- Advanced analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently and serve as a regional subject matter expert
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross functional teams
