About the role
- Conduct comprehensive baseline data analysis across multiple test sockets
- Develop sophisticated yield modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead yield optimization projects, excursion investigations, and containment activities
- Define clear problem statements through advanced data mining techniques
- Collaborate directly with foundry customers throughout the yield optimization process
- Engage cross-functional teams of experts to resolve complex yield challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in STEM major
- 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Data analysis, statistical concepts, and data visualization techniques
- Semiconductor manufacturing environment understanding yield analysis methodologies
- Ph.D. Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in 300mm startup and ramp of advanced logic process technologies
- Understanding of Intel Test Programs and basic knowledge of Intel products and process flow
- Analysis tools including JMP, JVS, Genome, TRACE, AQUA, CB, and WIJT
- Leading Task Forces and cross-functional yield improvement projects
