Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
Lead and develop a highly skilled platform team spanning VM, Kubernetes, and automation expertise

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information systems, or closely related technical field
5+ years of people management experience leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams of 10+ engineers
3+ years of hands-on technical experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) AND container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker Swarm)
