About the role
- Analyze Unreal Engine performance on Intel hardware using profiling tools
- Identify performance bottlenecks across subsystems
- Develop targeted optimizations, sample code, or engine patches
- Validate new engine features on Intel hardware
- Serve as a primary technical liaison to Epic’s engineering teams
- Collaborate with GPU architects and driver engineers
- Produce technical documentation and reference samples
- Assist game developers in debugging performance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 6+ years of experience in GPU architecture, graphics pipelines, and real-time rendering principles
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (C++)
- Experience with graphics APIs such as DirectX 12, Vulkan
- Analysis and optimization of CPU/GPU performance using industry-standard tools
