About the role
- Cost and budget management across BE factories.
- Identify, analyze and recommend key revenue and cost drivers impacting gross margin, operating income, and return on invested capital.
- Partner across Factory operations and business groups to drive business process efficiency relating to things like Tooling, factory cost pricing, NRE calculations etc.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including advanced data visualization tools and AI. Create and manage automated reports using business intelligence tools, delivering meaningful insights into business performance and providing decision support.
- Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast while benchmarking key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
- Execute financial process improvements by maintaining tools, recommending automation, and streamlining methods for creation and delivery.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis for various scenarios, assessing impacts across different business teams.
- Lead or contribute to adhoc financial analysis and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant OSAT experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, or related functions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Experience using business intelligence tools to create automated reports.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and strategic finance.
- Knowledge of OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) processes and practices.
