About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for Intel 471’s comprehensive suite of CTI solutions
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by sourcing and closing new customers
  • Negotiate customer agreement terms, including price and service scope, and close sales aligned to committed times and volumes
  • Communicate Intel 471’s CTI capabilities through demos, conversations, and presentations
  • Regularly update customer interactions, status notes, and opportunity details in Salesforce
  • Represent Intel 471 at industry events, seminars, and conferences; network with prospective clients and identify opportunities
  • Track target opportunities and meetings before, during, and after events
  • Understand prospective clients’ business challenges and advise how Intel 471 solutions can address them
  • Work with strategic VAR/Channel partners to build and execute mutual pipeline plans
  • Administer sales enquiries, send supporting literature, and book meetings
  • Support sales colleagues by booking appointments for external trade conferences and events
  • Report to the North American Sales Manager and collaborate with other company areas and international teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5–10 years of successful experience selling CTI solutions
  • Proven track record of sales performance and being considered a high achiever
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including contract negotiation and execution
  • Deep understanding of customer and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to conduct business dialogue with C-Level contacts
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills with peers, prospects, and customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade in a business environment
  • Consistently professional demeanor, conduct, and appearance
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15–20% of the time
  • Comfort working with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to collaborate with international teams
