About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day customer relationship.
- Understand the expectations of your customers to ensure fast, efficient and cost-effective services are delivered to meet those expectations.
- Maintain and develop relationships with Vendors and Distributors in the region.
- Understand your key accounts' security strategies.
- Understand the procurement channels and requirements of your key accounts.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline for weekly reporting.
- Compile proposals using templates for key account projects and new business.
- Achieve and over-achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Conduct frequent (Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly) initiative meetings with key accounts to maintain project progression.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 - 5 years' experience in sales for high-end IT/Technology or cybersecurity products, which will secure an invite to an interview.
- Driven, HUNTER personality ABSOLUTE MUST!
- Good presentation skills
- Good MS Office and CRM understanding
- Clear communication skills – verbal and written (English and French is a bonus)
- Is a team player but capable of working as a driven individual.
- Must have established relationships and a strong customer network to call on as you will hit the ground running.
- Proven track record in cyber sales across Africa, ideally in multiple countries in Africa.
- Must be based in Mauritius but willing to travel in the region.
- Open to working remotely and in an office environment from time to time.
