About the role

  • Assisting our clients in securing their information systems (defining target objectives, developing action plans, implementing measures — organizational or technical — coordinating, monitoring and managing these plans)
  • Assessing our clients' cybersecurity posture against current standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIS 2, IEC 62443, Cyber Resilience Act...) and through cybersecurity risk analysis (ISO 27005 / EBIOS RM)
  • Integrating cybersecurity into our clients' projects
  • Supporting our clients' CISOs in their daily activities: defining cybersecurity processes, drafting policies and documentation, delivering awareness sessions, organizing cyber crisis exercises, and facilitating the client's cyber community
  • Leading or deploying cybersecurity solutions specific to industrial environments. We operate on fixed-price engagements and/or Time & Materials. Assignment length depends on client needs, topics, and consultant preferences — from a few days to several months. Our clients are diverse: large enterprises and SMEs across private and public sectors — industry, energy, luxury, maritime, transportation, institutions — in France and worldwide.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Certifications such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001/27002/27005, EBIOS EM, or (ISC)2 are a plus
  • Driver’s license (category B) — useful for occasional travel
  • Solid understanding of fundamental security concepts (CIA triad, vulnerability, risk, threat, etc.)
  • Technical mindset with knowledge of core security components and their principles: systems and networks, security devices (firewalls, AV/EDR, VPNs...), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud…)
  • Familiarity with industrial/OT environments (SCADA, ICS, etc.) is a plus — it’s our specialty (and if not, we will train you)
  • Proficiency in risk analysis methodologies (ISO 27005, EBIOS RM); certification is an advantage
  • Curiosity and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies (ISO 27001/27002, IEC 62443, ANSSI, NIS, NIST…)
  • Right mindset: motivated, dynamic, and autonomous
  • Team player who values mutual support and customer service
  • Ability to organize work, multitask, prioritize, and raise alerts when necessary
  • Good writing skills and attention to spelling; comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English (able to follow conversations, lead meetings, and write reports).
