About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members, focused on retention, education, and issue resolution
  • Guide members through their coverage options and next steps without high-pressure tactics
  • Meet performance expectations around call quality, member engagement, retention metrics, and schedule adherence
  • Keep communication current with your supervisor and team
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season
  • Work assigned production schedules from the Workforce Management team during AEP
  • Work at least one weekend day per week during production

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Health or Health & Life license
  • Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple software systems
  • Strong communicator with a service-first approach
  • Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
  • Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
  • Willing to complete a background check
  • Basic computer skills and tech knowledge
  • Telesales or contact center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-based outreach preferred
