About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focused on sales, education, and enrollment
  • Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options and explain Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility
  • Support prospects through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and care
  • Meet sales goals, call quality, conversion metrics, and schedule-adherence expectations
  • Keep communication current with the supervisor and team
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Health or Health & Life license
  • Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple software systems
  • Strong communication skills with a service-first approach
  • Able to work a schedule including at least one weekend day during AEP
  • Home office setup meeting remote work requirements
  • Willing to complete a background check
  • Basic computer skills and tech knowledge
  • Telesales or contact center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare DSNP preferred
