About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Servicing Ritter Insurance Marketing’s book of business clients in addition to clients referred by agents participating in active referral programs
Selling insurance products to clients who contact RIM Call Center via inbound call, email or website
Manage an existing book of business and work with referral leads
Complete enrollments and policy renewals
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate Degree or higher preferred
The CSA must be licensed in Pennsylvania and may be required to be licensed in additional states
The CSA will need to complete the annual Medicare AHIP certification as well as carrier specific training
Basic understanding of health insurance processes and benefits
Basic understanding of Medicare, Medicare products, and individual health plans (ACA)
Knowledge of business operations and procedures
Insurance sales and/or marketing experience preferred
