Providing technical advice and consultation across the full lifecycle of grants management, including pre-award, post-award, and closeout.
Conducting price/cost analyses and assisting with the interpretation of applicable regulations and policies.
Reviewing and analyzing grant documents and ensuring compliance with Federal Assistance requirements.
Supporting program managers and leadership by developing recommendations, documenting findings, and assisting with policy interpretation.
Monitoring and maintaining compliance with internal controls, reporting requirements, and audit readiness.
Preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation related to grant actions in accordance with Federal standards.
Identifying issues and assisting in troubleshooting to resolve grant-related challenges.
Requirements
Minimum of four (4) years of Federal grants and/or acquisition management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance, or a related discipline.
Thorough knowledge of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
Demonstrated experience in Federal financial assistance practices and lifecycle management.
Ability to manage moderately complex grants management tasks and recommend effective solutions.
Prior experience providing direct support to Federal agencies such as Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) or Department of Transportation (DOT), particularly in discretionary and competitive grant programs.
Familiarity with Federal grant management systems such as ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions.
Experience with Federal construction grant programs and infrastructure-related financial assistance.
