About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments.
- Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
- Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
- Adhere to established client support documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification
- Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience
- Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license required.
