About the role
- Manage assigned customer base fulfilling contractual obligations and providing exceptional service.
- Develop and expand relationships within assigned customer accounts.
- Identify additional opportunities to cross-sell Integris Financial Institution Division services within assigned existing accounts.
- Responsible for managing opportunities and keeping pipeline updated in ConnectWise.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to acquire new business.
- Research products for proposals to identify best hardware and software for each clients needs.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for all assigned clients.
- Work with vendors and partners to stay updated on current products and promotions.
- Work closely with new AAMs & AMs and help train when necessary.
- AEs participate in various teams to develop ideas to improve processes, create new service offerings, improve customer experience, etc.
- Consistently improve technical, personal and professional skills.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Required to pass Account Manager Exam.
- Demonstrate written and verbal skills and business acumen.
- Demonstrate highly effective organizational skills.
- Demonstrate internal and external relationship building.
- Promote a positive image of Integris FID.
- Willingness to work well in a team environment.
- Fulfill the following minimum requirements within 6 months as an AE: Billing 55-60 hours/month for a rolling 6 months.
- Managing $50 60k in MSP revenue per month.
