About the role

  • Manage assigned customer base fulfilling contractual obligations and providing exceptional service.
  • Develop and expand relationships within assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify additional opportunities to cross-sell Integris Financial Institution Division services within assigned existing accounts.
  • Responsible for managing opportunities and keeping pipeline updated in ConnectWise.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to acquire new business.
  • Research products for proposals to identify best hardware and software for each clients needs.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators for all assigned clients.
  • Work with vendors and partners to stay updated on current products and promotions.
  • Work closely with new AAMs & AMs and help train when necessary.
  • AEs participate in various teams to develop ideas to improve processes, create new service offerings, improve customer experience, etc.
  • Consistently improve technical, personal and professional skills.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Required to pass Account Manager Exam.
  • Demonstrate written and verbal skills and business acumen.
  • Demonstrate highly effective organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate internal and external relationship building.
  • Promote a positive image of Integris FID.
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment.
  • Fulfill the following minimum requirements within 6 months as an AE: Billing 55-60 hours/month for a rolling 6 months.
  • Managing $50 60k in MSP revenue per month.
