About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as the primary HR partner for assigned entities or client groups, operating autonomously in day-to-day partnership while collaborating with an HR Director for strategic direction as needed.
- This role balances operational effectiveness with proactive problem-solving and consistent execution of enterprise caregiver strategies.
- Partner with leaders to address workforce needs across the caregiver lifecycle, including talent planning, performance management, and risk mitigation.
- Provide sound, business-aligned counsel on caregiver decisions that impact engagement, retention, and performance.
- Execute enterprise HR programs and initiatives locally, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
- Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities within the client group and elevate insights to HR Directors.
- Manage complex coaching matters independently, escalating only when strategic or high-risk.
- Build strong, credible relationships with leaders through responsiveness, professionalism, and practical problem solving.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of HR experience
