Director of Talent Acquisition
INTEGRIS HealthDirector of Talent Acquisition overseeing Caregiver and Physician recruitment at INTEGRIS Health. Responsible for designing recruitment strategies and managing team performance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- manage and direct the Caregiver and Physician Talent Acquisition functions
- full oversight of recruitment operations, sourcing strategy, and team performance
- designing and executing recruitment strategies
- workforce planning, and continuous performance improvement across both service lines
- reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition
- leads enterprise-wide talent initiatives and special projects as assigned
- ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services across all assigned areas
- overseeing the sourcing structure for both Caregiver and Physician recruitment
- ensuring proactive talent pipeline development and market competitive sourcing strategies
- strategically identifying and addressing organizational workforce planning needs
- evaluating and refining sourcing, selection, and onboarding procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- monitoring appropriate metrics to ensure teams are operating effectively
- developing and implementing service recovery processes
- leading teams in cycles of continuous performance improvement
- participating in the strategic planning process for Human Resources Centers of Excellence
- ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all areas of responsibility
- providing data and support for audits, surveys, and compliance reviews
- managing department staff effectively
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or progressive responsibility demonstrating leadership capability
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience within the relevant service line (e.g. caregiver and/or physician recruitment)
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and support team performance
- This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
