Advise and strategize with the Physician Recruitment Director regarding recruitment, candidate interview and hiring processes for INTEGRIS physicians and APPs.
Develop, plan, and implement methods to generate candidates (personal/network contacts, national/local/Internet advertising, direct mail, resident events, databases, recruitment firms).
Screen and respond to candidate inquiries; discuss opportunities, assess qualifications and match candidates to clinics/practices; present candidates to client group leaders.
Oversee preparation of itineraries and interview site visits; follow up with candidates; present offer letters of intent; act as liaison through physician contracting, credentialing and onboarding processes.
Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Providers and Primary/Specialty Residency Program Directors in Oklahoma and contiguous states; attend resident fairs, meetings, networking events and conferences.
Collaborate with other INTEGRIS Recruiters to develop and implement an annual physician recruitment plan; coordinate recruitment activities and select/attend conferences.
Develop marketing brochures and promotional pieces; network with national/local colleagues and professional associations (ASPR); participate in recruitment regional groups and community chapters.
Maintain knowledge of trends, market developments, strategic recruitment strategies, and competition related to physician recruitment and healthcare.
Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders; provide consultative recruitment services, insight and recommendations.
Optimize cost-effective measures to remain within budget; provide written reports and documentation to support recruitment activities and expenses.
Report to the System Director of Physician Recruitment; may have additional physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field or related healthcare background or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
3 years of previous physician or APP recruitment experience or 3 years of experience working with physician groups in sales, strategy, marketing and business development or a combination of.
Must be willing to telephone and meet with candidates early mornings, evenings and weekends if needed; willingness to travel as required to visit physician candidates.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
Must have a current Drivers License from the state of residence and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier; able to operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle.
