Provide occupational therapy treatment, coordinate care with other disciplines, complete documentation and communicate patient activity and charges
Interpret referrals; examine, evaluate, and develop plan of care including anticipated goals and expected outcomes
Follow and, if necessary, modify established plan of care and document revisions
Be competent within 90 days to work in acute physical medicine, home health, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation
Within six months demonstrate competency in at least one specialty area (e.g., aquatics, brain injury, burn, case assessment specialist, community re-entry, hand, lymphedema, pediatrics, seating, spinal cord injury)
Willingness to work varied schedule and travel to all INTEGRIS facilities
Report to the Rehabilitation Clinical Manager
Potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals; physical requirements: Medium lifting (20-50 lbs occasionally), constant standing/walking, occasional keyboarding/dexterity
Requirements
License in respective discipline in the state of Oklahoma
1 year (full-time equivalent) experience, 3 years preferred.
Current CPR Certification (BLS)
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
Valid OK driver's license and insurance
Ability to operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle and maintain an acceptable driving record to company insurance
