About the role
- Complete initial evaluation and treatment of physical therapy patients
- Complete set up plan of care and goals after initial evaluation
- Document physical therapy patients in accordance with Rehab Department policies
- Supervise PTA and PT aide
- Manage and coordinate patient treatment as directed by the referring physician and report to the Director of Rehabilitation
- Perform duties that may expose employee to hazardous materials, infectious waste, blood and body fluids and varied physical demands
- Operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle as required for job duties
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association preferred
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license OR be eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma and able to practice under the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Practice Act
- Must have completed licensure by 6 months after initial temporary license is issued (must present letter/permit proving eligibility upon hire)
- CPR Certification
- Experience in Physical Therapy preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have a current Driver's License from the state of residence, driving record acceptable to insurance carrier and auto insurance verification
