• Complete initial evaluation and treatment of physical therapy patients
• Complete set up plan of care and goals after initial evaluation
• Document physical therapy patients in accordance with Rehab Department policies
• Supervise PTA and PT aide
• Manage and coordinate patient treatment as directed by the referring physician and report to the Director of Rehabilitation
• Perform duties that may expose employee to hazardous materials, infectious waste, blood and body fluids and varied physical demands
• Operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle as required for job duties
