Complete initial evaluation and treatment of physical therapy patients
Complete set up plan of care and goals after initial evaluation
Document physical therapy patients in accordance with Rehab Department policies
Supervise PTA and PT aide
Manage and coordinate patient treatment as directed by the referring physician and report to the Director of Rehabilitation
Perform duties that may expose employee to hazardous materials, infectious waste, blood and body fluids and varied physical demands
Operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle as required for job duties
Requirements
Bachelors degree from program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association preferred
Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license OR be eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma and able to practice under the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Practice Act
Must have completed licensure by 6 months after initial temporary license is issued (must present letter/permit proving eligibility upon hire)
CPR Certification
Experience in Physical Therapy preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Must have a current Driver's License from the state of residence, driving record acceptable to insurance carrier and auto insurance verification
