Part of IT Clinical Inpatient team supporting INTEGRIS Health caregivers and community.
Implement, configure, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications, including EHR, clinical decision support systems, and other clinical software.
Collaborate with clinical end-users, IT staff, and vendors to identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows.
Participate in system testing, validation, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure compliance and usability.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with clinical applications and provide timely resolutions.
Work with operational and medical staff leaders to implement strategic initiatives.
Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, including development of use cases and evaluation of software solutions.
Participate in rounding with clinical and business end users.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or Associate’s with 2 years of experience, or 3 years of healthcare or IT experience.
Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
Epic Certification is required (certifications may include: EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Radiant, Cupid, Optime, Anesthesia, Grand Central or other relevant Epic Apps).
Occasional travel maybe required.
Previous experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.
Knowledge of clinical workflows and processes, and experience in implementing and supporting clinical software applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to clinical staff members and other stakeholders.
Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfacing preferred.
