INTEGRIS Health Two Corporate Plaza Bldg., Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system seeking Applications Analyst Specialty Programs (EPIC Willow) in Oklahoma City, OK.
Part of IT Clinical Inpatient team supporting caregivers and community.
Support application implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Support Technology Governance, Project Management Lifecycle, Service Transition and Service Operations.
Conduct current state analysis of systems and procedures and recommend system design or modifications.
Provide technical support evaluating new financial, clinical, or enterprise systems including testing and deployment requirements.
Analyze hardware/software combinations and recommend best practices.
Determine deployment/support strategies from Service Transition to Service Operation.
Work with design team to test and document results.
Create and maintain as-built architectures to support Service Transition and Service Operation.
Plan, document, and implement software patches and upgrades.
Build/update complex scoring systems, clinical monitoring tools, decision support, clinical calculators, customize third party medication load content.
Manage multiple hospital formularies and custom medications including pediatric medications, dilutions, compounding, and repackaging.
May require physical demands and exposure to clinical environments; follow standard precautions.
Requirements
Current Oklahoma licensed pharmacist, with 2 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience with software used in a financial, clinical or enterprise systems setting.
Previous experience with financial, clinical or web-based systems computing preferred.
Expertise and certification in supported technologies as required by role.
Previous experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.
ITIL certification within 6 months of hire.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
Epic certification within six months of first class attendance.
Licensed candidates must possess and maintain active licensure in accordance with Oklahoma State law
