Supports the maintenance of systems, processes, and workflows for timely and accurate recording of revenue related to the chargemaster (CDM).
Ensures compliance with government regulations and organizational policies regarding revenue integrity.
Provides expertise to educate appropriate staff on charging and coding standards.
Works with physicians and departments to optimize reimbursement and ensure charge capture.
Conducts reviews of charging, revenue, and billing to ensure compliance with all payer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience; Associate degree and 4 years of related experience; or 6 years of related experience.
Previous work experience with software used in a financial, clinical or enterprise systems setting.
Previous work experience with financial, clinical or web-based systems computing preferred.
Previous experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.
Prefer expertise, licensure, or certification as required by role (for example: CCS, COC, Epic, RHIA, RHIT, RN, etc.)
This job requires incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Driver's License from the state of residence as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
