About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build IntegriChain’s legal operations function from scratch
Select, implement, and roll out a contract lifecycle management platform
Configure contract intake, templates, clause libraries, approval routing, e-signature, obligation and renewal tracking, and reporting
Select and implement a GRC platform such as OneTrust
Partner with Security & Compliance on policy management, risk registers, and vendor risk
Own CLM and GRC tools as business administrator and drive adoption
Map and redesign contract processes, including intake, triage, and self-service
Create playbooks, templates, and checklists
Establish policy management processes covering drafting, review, approval, versioning, publication, attestation, and review cadence
Support regulatory and framework policy gap assessments
Help run compliance training, including completion tracking and reporting
Define legal operations metrics and build dashboards
Support DSAR intake and tracking, data mapping, and privacy assessment workflows
Support customer privacy and security diligence with the Security team
Assist with contract administration, execution logistics, corporate records, outside counsel, and budget coordination
Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Security, and People
Deliver first-year outcomes including a live CLM, complete contract repository, production GRC platform, policy gap assessment, compliance training calendar, and recurring legal ops metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on ownership of a CLM implementation or comparable enterprise systems rollout, from requirements through adoption
Working knowledge of GRC or privacy platforms such as OneTrust, LogicGate, Vanta, AuditBoard, or similar
Experience creating and documenting processes where none existed
Comfort with data, Microsoft 365, e-signature tools, and reporting
Clear, plain-language communication with non-Legal stakeholders
Good judgment and discretion with confidential information
Self-direction and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
Nice to have: experience in life sciences, healthcare, or SaaS
Nice to have: familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, or state privacy laws
Nice to have: experience administering compliance training or an LMS
Valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
