About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a senior advisor on government pricing, compliance, and contracting matters across Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, FSS, and related federal and state programs
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance on government pricing methodologies and calculations, including AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, and FCP
  • Lead complex client engagements focused on government pricing operations, compliance frameworks, policy interpretation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
  • Advise clients through scenario modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analyses related to Medicaid rebates, ASP, 340B, FSS, and other government pricing programs
  • Advise manufacturers on pricing, reimbursement, contracting, and market access implications throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support pre-commercial and emerging manufacturers with compliant pricing and contracting frameworks and pre-launch government pricing activities
  • Develop and present recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop team members and contribute to thought leadership and practice development
  • Manage project workplans, budgets, timelines, risks, communications, scope, change controls, and resourcing
  • Innovate analytic approaches, models, and insights; integrate complex concepts into executive-ready materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and approve executive-level recommendations and deliverables
  • Meet or exceed a 65% billable utilization target
  • Own strategic initiatives, champion internal tools and knowledge repositories, and lead recruiting efforts
  • Oversee onboarding, development plans, learning pathways, and succession planning for team members
  • Lead major pursuits, develop proposals and statements of work, expand senior client relationships, shape pipeline strategy, and forecast revenue and margin
  • Generate thought leadership content and represent IntegriChain at internal and external forums, conferences, publications, and social media

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ten to twelve years of experience in life sciences consulting or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading large, multi-project engagements
  • Recognized industry expertise and strong executive relationships
  • Proven ability to scale teams, methods, and offerings
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account growth
