About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support backlog readiness, sprint capacity planning, and dependency visibility
  • Coach teams on agile practices, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage selected internal initiatives using a waterfall project approach when required
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, and resource needs
  • Track progress across agile delivery and structured projects
  • Provide stakeholders visibility into status, blockers, and tradeoffs
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, milestone plans, and reporting artifacts
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues
  • Define and track KPIs for sprint predictability, milestone attainment, throughput, cycle time, and improvement-action follow-through
  • Use metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support performance evaluation through objective delivery reporting
  • Promote metrics for continuous improvement and planning quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile delivery practices, and iterative planning
  • Solid project management skills, including scope management, timeline planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to operate effectively in agile and traditional project delivery models
  • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, delivery metrics, and team health indicators
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working in Jira, Confluence, and standard project reporting tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments
  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar
  • Experience supporting engineering, platform, data, or technology teams in a Scrum environment
  • Experience managing internal initiatives requiring structured planning, milestone tracking, and deadline management
  • Ability to balance team facilitation with project coordination
  • Experience using metrics to improve delivery predictability, process efficiency, and accountability
  • Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and leadership stakeholders
  • Must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York
  • Must have valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
