About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support backlog readiness, sprint capacity planning, and dependency visibility
- Coach teams on agile practices, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage selected internal initiatives using a waterfall project approach when required
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, and resource needs
- Track progress across agile delivery and structured projects
- Provide stakeholders visibility into status, blockers, and tradeoffs
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, milestone plans, and reporting artifacts
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues
- Define and track KPIs for sprint predictability, milestone attainment, throughput, cycle time, and improvement-action follow-through
- Use metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Support performance evaluation through objective delivery reporting
- Promote metrics for continuous improvement and planning quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile delivery practices, and iterative planning
- Solid project management skills, including scope management, timeline planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to operate effectively in agile and traditional project delivery models
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, delivery metrics, and team health indicators
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working in Jira, Confluence, and standard project reporting tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar
- Experience supporting engineering, platform, data, or technology teams in a Scrum environment
- Experience managing internal initiatives requiring structured planning, milestone tracking, and deadline management
- Ability to balance team facilitation with project coordination
- Experience using metrics to improve delivery predictability, process efficiency, and accountability
- Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and leadership stakeholders
- Must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York
- Must have valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
