About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Support backlog readiness, sprint capacity planning, and dependency visibility
Coach teams on agile practices, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Manage selected internal initiatives using a waterfall project approach when required
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, and resource needs
Track progress across agile delivery and structured projects
Provide stakeholders visibility into status, blockers, and tradeoffs
Maintain project documentation, action logs, milestone plans, and reporting artifacts
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues
Define and track KPIs for sprint predictability, milestone attainment, throughput, cycle time, and improvement-action follow-through
Use metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Support performance evaluation through objective delivery reporting
Promote metrics for continuous improvement and planning quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile delivery practices, and iterative planning
Solid project management skills, including scope management, timeline planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
Ability to operate effectively in agile and traditional project delivery models
Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, delivery metrics, and team health indicators
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable working in Jira, Confluence, and standard project reporting tools
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments
Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar
Experience supporting engineering, platform, data, or technology teams in a Scrum environment
Experience managing internal initiatives requiring structured planning, milestone tracking, and deadline management
Ability to balance team facilitation with project coordination
Experience using metrics to improve delivery predictability, process efficiency, and accountability
Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and leadership stakeholders
Must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York
Must have valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
