About the role
- Assist in advising clients on government pricing strategy and compliance across Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare programs
- Support analysis and documentation of calculation methodologies (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, FCP) and contract requirements
- Help pre-commercial clients establish compliant frameworks and execute GP-related pre-launch activities
- Support pricing and contracting projects spanning data analysis, forecasting, and market research
- Contribute to presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders, translating regulatory concepts into actionable insights
- Support a book of managed services clients by providing timely support on pricing, contracting, compliance and reimbursement
- Participate in firm-building, recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal playbooks and training materials
- Support new hires through onboarding and day-to-day coaching and pursue personal development goals
- Support pursuit efforts, proposals, statements of work, and pricing; build client relationships and identify opportunities
- Execute project tasks according to workplans, budgets, and timelines and escalate risks as appropriate
- Deliver analyses, models, and insights; synthesize complex concepts into clear narratives and support presentations
- Contribute to industry thought leadership via articles, webinars, events, and representing the firm professionally
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in consulting or life sciences with a focus on government pricing, contracts, and compliance
- Prior consulting experience preferred
- Proven track record advising on Medicaid, 340B, FSS, and Medicare programs, including calculation methodologies and contract management
- Experience leading client-facing projects
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
