Assist in advising clients on government pricing strategy and compliance across Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare programs
Support analysis and documentation of calculation methodologies (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, FCP) and contract requirements
Help pre-commercial clients establish compliant frameworks and execute GP-related pre-launch activities
Support pricing and contracting projects spanning data analysis, forecasting, and market research
Contribute to presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders, translating regulatory concepts into actionable insights
Support a book of managed services clients by providing timely support on pricing, contracting, compliance and reimbursement
Participate in firm-building, recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal playbooks and training materials
Support new hires through onboarding and day-to-day coaching and pursue personal development goals
Support pursuit efforts, proposals, statements of work, and pricing; build client relationships and identify opportunities
Execute project tasks according to workplans, budgets, and timelines and escalate risks as appropriate
Deliver analyses, models, and insights; synthesize complex concepts into clear narratives and support presentations
Contribute to industry thought leadership via articles, webinars, events, and representing the firm professionally
Requirements
Three or more years of experience in consulting or life sciences with a focus on government pricing, contracts, and compliance
Prior consulting experience preferred
Proven track record advising on Medicaid, 340B, FSS, and Medicare programs, including calculation methodologies and contract management
Experience leading client-facing projects
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
