Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in the commercial construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience in water treatment or wastewater construction or related heavy civil construction is a plus.
  • Familiar with all aspects of the construction process.
  • Knowledge and experience with plans and specifications reading and understanding to the level of being able to perform detailed estimate level takeoffs is a plus.
  • Proficient computer and reporting skills – knowledge of and familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project and other CM software is a plus.
  • Professional skills: problem solver and self starter, attention to detail, punctual.
  • Ability to travel to job sites up to 75% of the time.
