About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop engineering designs and integrate them into professional sales proposal packages
  • Create and review CAD drawings for proposals, submittals, fabrication, and IOM manuals
  • Review project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
  • Support fabrication, shipment coordination, and global manufacturing partners
  • Conduct site visits, installations, equipment startups, inspections, and customer training
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with support from the engineering team
  • Document site activities and findings in clear, concise reports
  • Help improve workflows and streamline repeatable engineering tasks
  • Occasional domestic and international travel required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering field (preferred)
  • Experience in wastewater aeration, fluid dynamics, and system integration
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong software skills (Excel, Word; AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks)
  • Mechanical aptitude with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with pumps, blowers, or process equipment is a plus (training provided)
