About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead review, negotiation, and execution of customer, vendor, and supplier agreements
Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows
Manage litigation strategy, outside counsel, and budgets
Support board and committee materials and corporate records
Handle employment agreements, policies, and compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including international standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required JD with active bar membership in good standing
10+ years of legal experience with significant in-house exposure
Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations
Experience supporting M&A transactions and integration
Proven ability to manage outside counsel and legal budgets
Working knowledge of corporate governance and compliance
Experience with employment law and multi-state compliance
Familiarity with international regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCPA)
Strong business judgment and ability to operate independently across a broad legal scope
