💰 $95,000 - $105,000 per year
About the role
- Oversee and manage the processing of payroll, including bonuses, incentive pay, and deductions
- Supervise payroll staff and assign daily workloads to ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Review and approve payroll registers and reconciliation reports prior to submission
- Act as escalation point for complex payroll inquiries and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations
- Manage payroll tax filings, benefit deductions, garnishments, and other statutory withholdings
- Support HRIS system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements related to payroll processing, time and attendance, and time off modules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including supervisory or lead responsibility
- Experience managing payroll populations; multi-state experience preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Lyric preferred
